Industrial Work
We understand that unplanned downtime can be very costly and disruptive. That's why we provide a comprehensive range of industrial electrical services, including fault finding, maintenance, process automation, PLC and HMI programming, single and three phase motor control, DC motor control, PAT testing and even breakdown and service plans to keep you running through the difficulties in running process equipment and keeping to production targets.
We have over 15 years experience in FMCG processes including food and beverage, high volume manufacturing and extrusion machinery.
3D PRINTING
We offer a 3D printing service, this is still under development and in the early stages but we can print STL files if you have a prototype but no printer.
We are currently only able to offer resin based prints of small sizes but hope to grow this service in the near future.

Bespoke Projects
Manison Electrical have been working, over the years, with different customers to overcome certain challenges and offer a unique service to overcome problems that are not easy solved by "off the shelf" products.
Working with these customers, we have been able to produce "one off" system designs that fulfill these requirements with readily available spares and technical support during and after the installation process.
Some areas covered by this have been obsolete components, industrial applications, domestic applications, personal projects and even modelling enthusiasts.
